ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s), the specifications and the price of which are given below, ordered by the BUYER electronically through the website of {FIRMAUNVAN}.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 - The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sale price, payment method, and delivery information on the {FIRMAUNVAN} website, and confirmed these electronically.
4.2 - The product will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/entity at the address indicated, within the legal maximum period of 3 days, depending on the distance to the BUYER’s location, as specified in the preliminary information on the website.
4.3 - If the product is to be delivered to a third party other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
4.4 - The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in full, undamaged, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with any warranty certificates and user manuals if applicable.
4.5 - For delivery of the product, this contract must be signed and sent to the SELLER, and the payment must be completed through the selected payment method. If the payment is not made or is canceled in bank records, the SELLER is released from the delivery obligation.
4.6 - In case the credit card of the BUYER is used fraudulently by unauthorized persons and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product amount to the SELLER, the BUYER must return the delivered product to the SELLER within 3 days. In such a case, shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.
4.7 - If the SELLER cannot deliver the product on time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, transport disruption), the SELLER must inform the BUYER. The BUYER can then choose to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one, or postpone the delivery until the situation is resolved. If the BUYER cancels the order, the paid amount is refunded within 10 days.
4.8 - Products with a warranty can be returned to the SELLER for repair under warranty conditions if found defective or faulty. In such cases, shipping costs are covered by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days following the delivery of the product to them or the recipient designated by them. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER via fax, email, or phone within this period, and the product must not have been used as per Article 6. The product must be returned with the delivery receipt and original invoice. Within 7 days of receiving these documents, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other applicable taxes cannot be refunded. The return shipping cost due to withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 6 - PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, such as:
Products listed below can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, intact, and the product is unused:

Computer and stationery supplies (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.)

Mobile phone credit orders
ARTICLE 7 - AUTHORIZED COURT
For the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
By completing the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the provisions of this agreement.
